At Personalise That Thing, all of our items are custom made to order and personalised specifically for you.
Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details provided at checkout.
Please Double Check Before Ordering
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
• Spelling of names
• Dates
• Colours
• Sizes
• Design selections
We copy and paste exactly what is submitted in your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
As all items are custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping provider.
