Order Processing Times

All items are made to order and personalised specifically for you.

Please allow [3–7 business days] for production before dispatch. Please note: Shipping speed (Standard or Express) does not change production time. It only affects delivery time once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods (such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and major sales), processing times may be extended.

We ship via Australia Post.

Shipping options available at checkout:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• WA Metro: 2–5 business days

• Interstate: 3–10 business days

• Regional areas may take longer 

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• WA Metro: 1–2 business days

• Interstate: 1–4 business days

• Regional areas may take longer

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

 

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, it is in their care. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

• Please check tracking first

• Contact us if there has been no movement for an extended period

We are happy to assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post; however, we are not responsible for postal delays.

 

Damaged Items in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

We will assess the issue and resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Local Pickup

Local pick up is available from my home in Success, 6164 Perth. 

You will receive instructions once your order is ready. Pickup is by appointment only, so please message me to confirm a date and time that works for you. Since I don’t have a retail store, I won’t be able to accommodate drop-ins — this helps me make sure your order is ready and waiting for you.
