This website is operated by Personalise That Thing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Personalise That Thing. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. 3. Personalised Products

All items are made to order based on the information provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure:

• Correct spelling

• Accurate dates

• Correct sizing

• Correct colour and design selections

We are not responsible for errors submitted at checkout. We copy and paste details exactly as provided.

Due to the custom nature of our products, change of mind refunds are not available.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products without notice

• Refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within our stated processing times.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

• Delivery delays

• Lost parcels caused by postal carriers

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers

If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

 

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of packaging

if damaged In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text and product mockups, is the property of Personalise That Thing and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

8. Accuracy of Information

 We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, please note colours may look slightly different in person due to lighting and
screen settings.

Each item is unique and hand made, small variations may occur

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personalise That Thing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
